CasaScapes XP Oil & Grease Cleaner easily removes tough stains such as motor oil, cooking oil & grease. Just shake the bottle, spread it on the stain, let it dry, and sweep it up. Use it on concrete, brick & stone. Do not use on asphalt (blacktop). Not recommended for synthetic oil stains. CasaScapes XP Oil and Grease Cleaner is biodegradable and phosphate-free.

Always test a small area before use. Do not use on wet surfaces. Use above 40°F (4°C) and provide maximum ventilation.
Before using on sealed, colored, or painted surfaces, ALWAYS TEST the product on a small hidden area of approximately 4 square inches (26 sq. cm) to ensure the results will meet your expectations. Prior use of other cleaners may inhibit performance. If applied on sealed pavers it may damage the seal. Visit www. casascapes.com for cleaning tips.
Shake bottle before applying to stain, extending one inch beyond perimeter of the stain. Coating thickness should be 1/8”.
Allow to dry completely to powder. Wait 12 to 24 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and ventilation.
Sweep it up. If area still appears dark, provide adequate ventilation and allow moisture to evaporate.
If stain remains, reapply, scrub with hard bristled brush, and repeat steps 2 and 3.
Rinse off any remaining residue with water.
Provide maximum ventilation during use. Do not mix with other chemicals. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Avoid contact with grass or plants. Avoid inhalation of dust when sweeping. Avoid eye and skin contact. EYE CONTACT: Flood eyes repeatedly with water and call physician. IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Drink a glass of water and call physician immediately.
